Ernie Schloss is a retired assistant professor of public health policy and management at the University of Arizona Mel and Enid Zuckerman College of Public Health. He continues to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in strategic planning and religion, spirituality, and public health. Ernie has over 40 years of experience in health care, management, and education. He has worked in both the public and private sectors. His executive positions have included serving as the executive director of a non-profit health planning agency and the vice president of planning and marketing at an academic health center. In addition to a PhD in educational administration, Ernie holds masters degrees in Anthropology, Counseling Psychology, and Divinity, and is an ordained interfaith minister.
