Jay Coen Gilbert

Jay Coen Gilbert is co-founder of B Lab, a nonprofit organization that serves a global movement of people using business as a force for good. He previously co-founded and later sold AND1, a basketball footwear and apparel company, where he led product and marketing and was its CEO during the company's period of most rapid growth. He is a Henry Crown Fellow and a winner of the McNulty Prize at the Aspen Institute, board president of the Philadelphia chapter of KIPP Philadelphia Schools, and a former board member of Investors' Circle and Social Venture Network.
